Neil Butterfield

Neil has been in the Panel Industry since he started his apprenticeship in 1978 at a major Ford dealership in the north of England. It has always been Neil’s dream to own his own business so when the opportunity came up for him to buy into Autocrash in 2001 he took it. Neil now owns the business outright and over the years it has become a family enterprise. Neil’s goal is to build the business to be sustainable and a leader in its field.

Helen Butterfield

Helen started with the company in 2003 and has been a key figure in making the business what it is today. Helen’s background is in hospitality, as she uses her well developed skills to ensure customers are kept informed of progress and she adds value to the service provided. Helen appreciates the opportunity to be involved and watch the business grow into a well known and respected business in the Porirua Area. Helen’s goal is to continue to be a key player in her role as Office Manager to build the team and assist the business in reaching its potential.

Stephanie Alty

Stephanie started with us in February 2010 in the role of Customer Services. Stephanie was attracted to the position by the fact we are a family owned and operated business and that there was a challenge offered by the position.

Sue Butterfield

Sue came to work with us to ensure the business was compliant with all the relevant legislation. Sue has experience managing teams and Human Resource Issues, which has been valuable in ensuring we meet the legislative requirements. Sue has over the last year or so taken on the role of champion of our involvement in the eMissions project, which is an initiative of the Greater Wellington Regional Council to assist business’s work on their sustainability and to reduce their carbon footprint. Sue’s goal is to ensure the business remains environmentally responsible.
